Product characteristics

ALVOL BMK 30% is an aqueous solution of cocamidopropyl betaine. It is used as the flat agent and fabric conditioner for textile fibres and as an additive into cosmetics. It guarantees lowered dermal poignancy, high foaming ability and foam stability. It is colourless up to slightly yellow, mid-viscous liquid of an amphoteric character. It is diluted when stirring by arbitrary amount of cold or warm water.

Product manufacturing

  1.     Production of chemical fibres

1.1.        Conditioning and flat preparation for surface treatment of synthetic fibres especially those made up from polyester for both basic type-based fibres and chemically modified fibres: It is applied from the aqueous solutions in concentrations amidst 0,5 up to 5 % by sprinkling or soaking.

   2.     Textile industry

2.1. Freshening of woollen and synthetic fibres in spinning factories:

Dosage: 0,5 up to 2 % of ALVOL BMK 30% and 18 up to 22 % of water from  material weight

 2.2. Unsteady antistatic treatment of all kinds of synthetic fibres in an arbitrary stage of process: for the sufficient treatment 0,5 to 2 % amount of the material weight of ALVOL BMK 30% suffices.  

    3.     Production of cosmetic preparations

ALVOL BMK 30% is an amphoteric surfactant with very well tolerance to skin and mucous membrane and is exquisite in products formulations destined for personal hygiene. High foaming ability, foam stability and high biodegradability are being utilized in formulations of shampoos, bathing foams, shower preparations, liquid soaps and so on.

into 100 weight units of cosmetic additive and water.

Bathing foam with strong anti-redeposition effect for calcium soaps

SPOLAPON 26%               30 weight units

ALVOL BMK 30%              10 weight units

ALVOL AKD                     2 weight units

into 100 weight units of cosmetic additive and water.

Packaging, storage

ALVOL BMK 30% is delivered in 50-litre PE cans or in other containers that have been discussed in advance. It is stored in closed containers at the places protected from direct climatic influences. The recommended storing temperature is within +5 to +30 °C. Product must not be exposed to direct sunshine not even close to sources of heat. When the product is stored in temperatures lower than 0 ^oC it does not have any negative effect on the application characteristics of the product.

Transport

ALVOL BMK 30% is transported in covered vehicles and is not subject to the ADR/RID regulations.

Warranty

If the product is transported and stored according to the above mentioned conditions, the warranty is 6 months from the date of stock-out.
