Product characteristics

ALMIPAL VSM is an aqueous solution of anionic and non-ionic blend of surface active agents. It is used for the production of drugstore products. It is specially destined for liquid preparations, which contain abrasive compounds. They secure suitable viscosity of the preparation as well as stability of abrasive compound in the whole volume. It also promotes washing, cleaning and degreasing effectiveness of the product. ALMIPAL VSM is yellowish mid-viscous liquid of an anionic character, unlimitedly miscible with water. When the temperatures drop below +10 ^oC or when stored for a longer time, the solid compound will detach. Nevertheless when heated up to +40 ^oC and after subsequent thorough homogenization the solid compound will dissolve again and the preparation can be re-used without any change of application characteristics.

Product manufacturing

Dosing proportion is dependent on the type of preparation and the concentration of abrasive compound. Usually, 5 % up to 10 % is dosed into the preparation. An appropriate concentration is needed to be tested on a concrete type of preparation.   

Packaging, storage:

ALMIPAL VSM is delivered in PE cans (50 liters) or in other containers that have been discussed in advance. It is stored in closed containers at the places protected from direct climatic influences. The recommended temperature to store is within +5 to +25 °C. It must not be stored at direct sunshine not even close to any sources of heat. Protection from the freeze is needed!! When temperature approaches 0 ^oC the devaluation of the product may be imminent!!

Transport

ALMIPAL VSM is transported in covered vehicles and is not subject to the ADR/RID regulations.

Warranty

If the product is transported and stored according to the above mentioned conditions, the warranty is 6 months from the date of stock-out.
